Jorge Ba-oh, Managing Director, Founder
Jorge Ba-oh is Cubed3's creator and designer, founding the site in 2003. Jorge manages Cubed³ technically, working alongside the editorial team to continue to update the site and is one of the main daily news reporters. He lives, works in London and enjoys design, arts, music and the occasional visit to the outside world!

Adam Riley, Operations Director, Senior Editor
Adam joined up with Cubed3 back when it was merely a fledgling website, providing snippets of news to eager gaming fans. It was not long before he made a strong impression, bombarding Jorge with constant news submissions. Having been a creative talent from a young age, it was only a short time before he squeezed his way into the small team and took control of the retro review side of C3. Once his confidence built up, which certainly did not take a long time, he dipped his toe further into the writing scene with a slew of in-depth articles and even took on the role of Editor for others' work.
Now he causes waves throughout the Industry with his rapid-fire news updates, numerous exclusive interviews, visits to press events, as well as strong relations with game companies, developers and PR agencies alike. C3 just wouldn’t be the same without him!

Aaron Elias, Previews Editor
Aaron, who much prefers to go by 'Az,' has been a dedicated member of Cubed3 for many years and eventually got the call to be a part of the team, settling in immediately and quickly being promoted to Previews Editor. He likes to contribute to all areas of the site as much as possible, be it on his main focal point of previews, as well as reviews, podcasts, alternate content or updating the games database. Az grew up playing SNES games, falling in love with Nintendo through the Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong and Mario series. Over the years he has owned a wealth of different consoles and developed an obsession with his favourite series, Final Fantasy, from an early age, the thread for which he consistently posts in. He still awaits the day Shenmue III is released and won’t rest easy until it does.

Stuart Lawrence, Character Profile Editor
Stuart, or Stu, as he likes to be called, joined C3 curious about Nintendo news at E3 2006. Eager to join his first ever forum but not really sure of what was to come, Stu began to impulsively check Cubed3 every day. Having seized the opportunity to write for C3 when it was temporarily down near the end of 2009, he writes news articles and the occasional review for the site. Stuart is a fan of all things in gaming and especially with Nintendo and SEGA. He started university to study Computer Science in 2010.

Calum Peak, Alternative Content Editor
Calum, a member with some of the craziest hair you will ever see, joined Cubed3 back in 2005, but didn’t play ball until 2007. Starting out with a Mega Drive and a PlayStation, Calum arrived late onto the Nintendo scene, but from there kindled and nurtured a love for Metroid and many obscure titles on all platforms. Since then he has proved his posting prowess across C3 and has become a well known entity, often inundating members with business-related knowledge; a subject that he is currently studying at university with hopes of entering the gaming world. When Calum isn’t posting, he can often be found typing up a news article, whipping up a review set by Mike, or attending one of the many events to get the lowdown on the latest games and tech in the industry. Always itching to get his paws on the latest titles, Calum can go a little cuckoo at times, but that’s alright - he’s a bright spark with plenty to offer....he hopes.

Rudy Lavaux, Retro Editor
Having some previous experience writing absurdly long reviews for some French website, Rudy gladly joined the ranks of C3 to share his love for video games... which equals his love for writing about them. Despite first experiencing video games on a SEGA arcade machine, and developing his skills at home on his parents' Commodore 64 and Atari 2600, he fell in love with Nintendo after trying Metroid for the NES back in the day. He's always bought Nintendo's consoles first since the days of the Game Boy and Super Nintendo, only occasionally buying another brand to taste the great exclusives that the competition offered (rumour has it that he first cheated on Nintendo with a PC-Engine in his early gaming days). He's such a manic collector that he can't beat his games as fast as he buys them. He can't stand missing a single game in his favourite series. He's also a bit of a MacGyver, always coming up with the most improbable ways to fix up his broken stuff... and managing to do so. As a Belgian, he also enjoys good beer, chocolate, mussels, chips and making fun of politics. Oh, and reporting C3 bugs to Jorge!

Shane Jury, Deputy Features Editor
Shane happened upon this fair community of Cubed3 whilst browsing the newly-opened portal of the World Wide Web, and has stuck around ever since. Kicking things off with a Master System, Shane soon went for the best of both worlds with a Mega Drive and a Super Nintendo. Every generation since he's been on the Nintendo bandwagon, together with an occasional hop on the Sony and Microsoft wagons, with a broad perspective and a willingness to try anything. A fan of many titles and franchises, including Pokémon, Mario, Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, Viewtiful Joe and, most of all, Sonic, you'll see Shane in any thread with one of these franchises in the title, when he isn't slapping up news posts or tapping away at another review.

Karn Bianco, General Writer
Karn, the staff member with the wackiest name, began his C3 career back in May of 2003. When he’s not writing about, thinking about, or playing, games, Karn enjoys watching his favourite television shows, reading, dabbling in the world of web design/development, and listening to music. If you wish to know more about the inner workings of Karn’s mind, for whatever stalker-riffic reasons, then you might want to check out his Staff Blog, which he will be updating on a regular/occasional/sporadic basis.

Susie Gray, General Writer
Despite having joined over 4 years ago in Cubed3’s infancy, Sue has only yet found her creative footing in the world of gaming, and it’s a pretty damn good place! Playing videogames from the tender age of 6, she’s grown up with her SEGA idols Sonic and Tails, hoping to see their spectacular return on the Wii, along with her bit on the side, Mario and his pals! Fulfilling the anti stereotype of the non-poncey English student, she enjoys writing the odd bit of fiction, deciding what musical instrument she’ll play next and the odd art of body placement called dancing. You’ll often find Sue spouting strange but hopefully relevant posts in Off Topic and the forum where creativity flourishes and bites laziness in the behind (Your Work).

Joshua Jeffery, Moderator
Josh joined C3 right at the start of 2005, with nothing on his back but a love of all things Nintendo. In the three years he's been a C3 member, he's become an avid poster on C3's forums, and in mid-2007 was accepted to the C3 moderator's team due to his self proclaimed strong sense of justice, and determined to help make C3 a nicer place. As a C3 mod, his aim is to keep the forums, mostly the Wi-Fi Boards, clear of any dirty spam that might ruin fair C3. His favourite game series include The Legend of Zelda, Phoenix Wright, and Sonic The Hedgehog, though some of his favourite games lie in the Mario, Metroid and Pokémon series too. His favourite game is the Super Smash Bros titles. With a firm interest in games, Josh’s goal is to eventually become a reviewer.

Jacob, Moderator
Jacob joined Cubed3 around the time he purchased his Nintendo DS back in early 2005 and only just joined the staff in mid-2007, as the evil Moderator Darth Jacob. As far as video games go, Jacob enjoys his Nintendo consoles: the Wii and DS Lite. He enjoys a wide range of genres from strategy titles like Fire Emblem and Advance Wars, to simulation games like Animal Crossing, and even offbeat hits like the Ace Attorney gems. Jacob can generally be found online lurking through the forums and the news, posting with his ever optimistic outlook on Nintendo's future.
