I snatched up battalion wars when it was launched, cuz it looked pretty cool nand there wasn't much competitiion from other top quality games...
It was a lot of fun, all the objectives spoken to you, soldiers making funny comments and the fun style graphics.
It only has 20 or so levels taking about 10 hours.. but i don't play much gamecube so that took be a decent amount of time to do...especially when iwas dancing with mario for most of christmas
Theres also bonus levels which need you to have good ratings on your mission s to unlock, which encourages replaying.
The control system is genius though sometimes it can get annoying when you accidently sen all your infantry ionto a slaughter pit and get game over.
