So I know some of you may remember me from a while back. I spent lots on Nintendo products.
Comments: Some of you may remember that Nintendo used to add cool things to their club store. Sometimes though things went so fast you had no chance!
Now for some reason they added expire dates to these points.
So I thought to myself, lets check out the Nintendo Club account I have and see how many points expire.
Below is the activiy on my account. Remember I was saving for signed Shigsy Gear.

Nasty huh. Everyone on here will notice the last one. Must of been when they added the "Club Point Expiry date"

Normally they warn you beforehand when they're going to expire, as an incentive to spend them.
If you're registered to receive their monthly newsletter, it reminds you of your stars and how many stars are about to expire for that month. Since you're being warned, I doubt they'll do anything for you, but you lose nothing from trying, if your message gets read by someone nice enough, you might be lucky

I wasn't too lucky with them in the past though (I never received one of my prizes, I complained for months that it hadn't been sent, they said they were going to send it right away but they never did.

Online!I thought it was disgusting they did that too. I lost a lot of points myself. I also ended up not being able to recover one of my accounts and lost points that way. I'm pretty sure I emailed to get help but nothing happened. But now the prizes on there are so shit that I'm really not bothered anymore. I think my best hauls were a Club N t-shirt and Yoshi's Universal Gravitation for GBA. I just regret spending the extra cash on games that had unused VIP codes than going with cheaper ones without.
