Well here is what i got for christmas,

Christmas woes

So its christmas soon so i cant decide what to get for my 360 as ive canceld my wii preorder, I will turn to you trustworthy pepole ot help me decide so here is my woes,

I will have about 150 to spend after the stuff i get so what should i get?

I need a VGA cable and a hard drive but that has been sorted out.

Can anyone suggest and 360 games? That are any good if possible i have currently Far cry, Dead rising, Oblivion and Gears of war. Any suggestions?

Dead rising

I got dead rising on thursday i havent updated on it because ive been so captivated with it. First off the gore beats GoW to the punch because of the chainsaw. . . the baseball bat, it is your best mate in a close situation beacuase of the sheer power of it it will take down most zombies at once apart from the midnight super red eyed powerful ones the pepole that are dotted around the mall are insigtfull and some a little unnerving such as cleatus the shotgun mad kill evreyone that so much as breathes attitude. The pepole may help you you might have to help them but most of the time they will want to shoot, bludgeion or run you over until you depart the earth so not only the zombies are the ones to watch out for then. Almost everything you pick up can be used from CD's (cues from shaun of the dead) to red hot frying pans to melt zombie faces or maybe using a botlle of coke to throw at the zombies? Or a shop sign? It is up to you. A few niggles in this game as with every other game. There is only 1 savepoint and the aiming system with wepons is terrible.

Overall? 9/10 for the sheer fun you can have.

Gears of war.

If there ever was a halo beatter this would be it, ah but its a 3rd person shooter you cry and halo is 1st person and i have one thing to say to you. I dont care i agree it is unfair to compare a last gen game to a next gen game, but nothing beats shooting a locust in the face with a shotgun while he/she is halfway jumping over a barrier and watching the limp body fall to the ground like a sponge. I know im reading to much into this and straying off my halo beaing point but again, i dont care now onto the main reason it beats halo because of the atmosphere nad the undenyable coolness of fenix! master chief has a sheild that regenarates and a cool helmet but compare him to marcus and you have another story, a chainsaw bayonet 3 foot thick armor a bandana and a face like a slapped arse if you have a 360 and dont have this game you need it! Alot wont agree with me but i say this WILL be better than halo 3, it wont sell as many copies but it as sure as hell will be more deserving of the title of 360's best game.

360 dies

Well i was playing on GR:AW when my little sister came in and had decided to start ripping all my posters down taking no blind notice of me, so i run over pick her up and put her out of my room. Thats that sorted, or so i thought she comes back in when im on the toilet, pics up my 360 (the disc is still in it mind)and starts to shake it like a rattle toy, well i come back in and fair enough im furious. It states in the 360 manual that the system should not be touched while a game is in and in use, well thats GR:AW screwed and to add another nail in my 360's coffin i go up and she throws it. . . she throws it as hard as she can across the room. i get out of my room and try my best to make it work, alas as you can tell it does not work.
i have sent it back to microsoft and they say they should fix it within the next 4 days with no fees incurred, nice pepole at microsoft i wish i could say the same for my sister. 1
