European Gamers eager for some next generation Nintendo this year can rest assured. Wii U has been dated in time for the holiday season.
The presentation began with Nintendo of Europe president Satoru Shibata, joined by Satoru Iwata on the Wii U philosophies and introducing the new system. Shibata then outlined the two different hardware bundles that will be available at launch.
The console will arrive in Europe on November 30th 2012, with pricing to be set by retailers.
There will be two configurations for Europe:
Basic Pack
Both Nintendo Land and New Super Mario Bros U have been confirmed for launch day.
As with Japan, the GamePad will also be available separately.
Existing Wii software - virtual console and WiiWare - can also be transferred to the new console.
So, European Nintendo fans, will you be adopting a Wii U from November 30th?
