• Revisions to material will be allowed during the campaign, but is subject to approval.

1. All adverts and promotions accepted by Cubed3 are subject to these conditions.
2. All adverts are subject to placements and if the campaign meets design and content specifications.
3. Cubed3 reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet our requirements.
4. The buyer warrants that it is authorised to place a booking for advertisments on Cubed3
5. Cubed3 reserves the right to request adverts to be edited or changed to fit with design specifications.
6. Specified prices are inclusive of VAT
7. In the resuit of downtime, an agreement and further arragements will be made in correspondance.
8. Cubed3 reserves the right to remove any adverts during the duration of the agreement period and shall contact the buyer with details.
