Following the success of Japanese WiiWare launch title 'Angel Solitaire', developer G-mode has announced a second WiiWare game now, which uses the Pay and Play service for its new version of Picross called 'Drawing Logic'.
The downloadable puzzler follows in the footsteps of other recent Picross titles, such as Super Mario Picross on Virtual Console and Picross DS, seeing players mark squares on a grid as full or empty to reveal an unknown picture.
According to the official Japanese page for the game, Drawing Logic will hit the virtual store on 27th May, 2008 for just 500 Wii points. The catch? Well, the game will require players to use up additional Wii Points to buy extra content. The company's own website reveals that new packs will be released periodically throughout the year for 300 Wii Points each. Currently there are plans to release five packs, one each month starting from June and running until October.
The game is a one-player affair that has four different styles of board to choose from and supposedly has new features that can be used that will make playing less hassle for the uninitiated. It also appears that high scores will be uploaded to an online server so you can pit yourself against others to see who gets the best scores / fastest completion times.

With the small amount of Japanese text included in the game, it would be quite surprising if this did not eventually get released on Western shores...
