Some fresh footage has filtered in from the recently released Mario Super Sluggers.
Having landed in Japanese shores this week, the mushroom Kingdom elite wield their bats and pitch balls in an all-new outing for Wii - packed to the brim with new arenas, weapons and characters.
The squad make their way to US shores on August 25, 2008.

Looks alright. But I still find it a little depressing that after so much time, Nintendo basically releasing a Wii Baseball update. Nicer graphics (I say nicer...) and some annoying charecters/sound effects.
I guess it'll sell very well in the US.
