Sega: Sonic Unleashed not heading to DS

Sega have contested Nintendo's release schedule with a blip suggesting Sonic Unleashed would be heading to DS.

The Q3 release schedule for Nintendo DS and Wii flooded onto the internet today, and despite being made official by Nintendo, had two previously unconfirmed titles: Bejing 2008 for Wii and Sonic Unleashed for DS. Developer Sega spoke to Videogamer.com clarifying that both titles will not be heading to the listed platforms. Sonic Unleashed will be zipping onto Wii, Sony's Playstation 2/3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360, and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is currently not penned for a Wii release.

I have seen gameplay footage of the SEGA's Olympic game and it looks pretty good (360). Graphically the game is not excessive so I think it will look fine on Wii also.

Yup, Sonic Rush 3 would be nice.

How about given us a level editor?
Some of us remember ye-old UP-C Down-C Left-C Right-C code.
I'm sure you could make a nice level editor on the DS, let us swap levels online.

Really, there isnt much more to do with Sonic, imho.
Opening it up for some fan content would be nice.
