I think there would be an awful lot of angry people if it didn't come to Europe! I'd certainly be one of them, hehe. Loved Symphonia to bits and this looks to be no different, excellent!

does the idea of this game seem a lot like Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn? Fighting all of the characters from the last game.
