looking absolutely unequivocally fantastic does anyone know if the game supports the sort of split screen/online hybrid that games like mario kart and halo 3 have.(Ie both at the same time) For me its a really important feature encompassing the social aspects of splitscreen intertwined with brainy (non AI)human opponents?
I really like the art style of some of the weapons shown. Sure, their abilities/features aren't anything new, but you can't speak badly of the game's art direction.
well look like they work on the sky a bit more looking better then last time i saw it
I hate to be the only one saying this, but this game will suck big time if they don't improve the enemy AI. In those videos I saw the enemies running up and strafing, there were no cover mechanics, nor any teamwork from them.
It'd be a shame for such a great looking game to fail because of some game-play issues
Is this game supposed to be exciting?
Walking at the speed of my grandmother while taking turns exchanging a laser beam with enemies who all look the same in a quite boring landscape doesn't do it for me.
Ah, 2009. That explains it a bit.
TruLink, any videos/demos that HVS release are all with the game set to Easy.
Bart, that\'s the story of most FPSs these days. Take it you didn\'t like Halo?
At the moment, I\'m happy to look forward to this one. If I wanted awesome art direction, I could just boot up Prime. As it happens, this is the only original, AAA FPS coming to Wii. I\'ve heard people argue what\'s so special about this considering they spend their days playing CoD 4. That\'s fair enough, but I don\'t think those people \"get\" what HVS are doing with this. Let\'s put it this way - if CoD4 was actually on Wii, then I could see where the skepticism lies. As it happens...

I dont like how dark it all is, probably to diguise some crappy textures.
Yes the AI does look horribly boring.
It looks like being partly filmed offscreen? Or am I mistaken?
