Level-5's New Nintendo DS RPG Highly Rated by Famitsu

The latest Famitsu scores are now in from Japan, with the likes of Level-5's football RPG, Square Enix's mysterious adventure RPG and Nintendo's latest rhythm title all rated. Check out the scores below:

  • Inazuma Eleven (NDS, Level-5) - 9 / 8 / 10 / 9: 36/40
  • Rhythm Tengoku Gold (NDS, Nintendo) - 8 / 9 / 9 / 8: 34/40
  • Sigma Harmonics (NDS, Square Enix) - 8 / 8 / 7 / 8: 31/40
  • Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Yumenoukihashi (NDS, Koei) - 8 / 7 / 8 / 8: 31/40
  • Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Kenfuuchou (NDS, Marvelous Entertainment) - 6 / 7 / 7 / 7: 27/40
Hopefully Nintendo will bring over Inazuma Eleven to the West like it did with Professor Layton...

I have been looking at this game for the past year and it's great to see such a high score. Seeing how Layton was released in the West, I think there is a reasonable chance that Inazuma Eleven will also be released in the West... (hopefully).

It'd do fantastic in Europe, I reckon. Just needs a nice bit of marketing and given how huge football is here I think Nintendo/Level-5 could have a massive hit on its hands.
