During US retailer GameStop's manager conference, Nintendo have confirmed that Animal Crossing: City Folk will come bundled with Wii Speak.
During the event in Las Vegas recently, the US division noted that whilst the group-speaking peripheral will be available for use in other games as a separate purchase, it'll also come as part of an Animal Crossing bundle. For $69.99 (just under £40, €50), players can watch their homes grow and flourish, as well as chatting to fellow townsfolk online.
Whilst support for the quirky tv-top microphone is fairly limited at the moment, future online titles and 3rd party efforts like the Conduit are expected to fully utilise the ability.
Pricing and release data for Europe is sketchy, but is expected to follow similar pricing.
