Viz Also Localising Majora's Mask Manga

By Jorge Ba-oh 22.09.2008 7

It seems that more Zelda manga treatment is on the way to the west with Majora's Mask being translated courtesy to Viz Media.

The Hylian hero has seen numerous manga conversions, including The Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker and the soon-to-be released Phantom Hourglass adaptation. Each cover the hero's journey from the outset to taking down Ganondorf and other foes.

Link's adventures into the world of time travel continue with a visual telling of the much loved Nintendo 64 classic, The Legend Zelda: Majora's Mask. Unlike the forthcoming volume-based Ocarina of Time, due for release on October 7th 2008, Majora will continue all 10 chapters in its intricate detail for a ridiculously low price of $7.99 in February 2009.

I can't wait to own these. Having manga books completely pwns reading them online. D: I've waited so long.

And yeah the price might need to be corrected. Especially since manga is usually about 5-7.

I loved that one... I read an unofficial translation.

Amazon has 4 manga volumes for 4.54 each...I\'ll definitely be buying them, I agree with SuperLink, hard copies FTW. Smilie

And yeah I've been wanting to read the Oracles manga for ages, but I couldnt find Ages anywhere on the net so I didn't read Seasons either... (Ages is a direct sequel to Oracles)

Nice find!! Will defo pick these up when they hit the store.

I'm a little worried as it's Viz Kids so some of the translations could be censored, but still, a really great price! Shame the releases are spread out over months though Smilie
