Vanillaware's Demon Blade on Wii: Trailers & Interview

By Adam Riley 18.10.2008 2

Vanillaware's eagerly awaited Muramasa: The Demon Blade is finally coming together as planned, despite reports of earlier issues with development. Marvelous Entertainment will be publishing the game in Japan and thanks to an agreement with XSEED Games it will also be heading to the US, presumably with Rising Star Games handling the PAL version.

Some new videos from the Tokyo Games Show, as well as a developer interview, can be seen below:

I already own Odin Sphere but i still have to start playing it Smilie cuz' i'm too busy finishing other games (i've yet to finish Okami, Wario Land Shake, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Paper Mario and the Thousand year door, Billy hatcher and the giant egg, sonic adventure dx director's cut, Dragon Quest VIII, ... and the list goes on like this and spans many consoles :embarassedSmilie.

But from the short play session i've had on Odin Sphere, it was a stunning RPG with wonderful design and 2D. On top of that they say that this upcoming wii title is going to bring the brilliant 2D of Odin Sphere a step further... i can't wait to get my hands on this one.
