EA have released more snippets of their upcoming Wii version of Skate, featuring a skater known as Balls.
EA's Skate It is a Nintendo exclusive, seeing a balance-board version supported on the Wii, and some handheld grinding on the DS. It seems to be shaping up well with smooth animation and decent-enough visuals.

You know: I am not into skating games. But man, the atmosphere of this is unique: You actuylly have a feeling for the weight of the guy there, for the jumps he pulls off and for some of the effort or even strain he puts into his jumps. That is part of the animation and part of the great soundeffects there.
The graphic seems fine for me. Is it too low compared to the actual games for X360?

I totally agree.
I've played a lot of skate games [most specific, Tony Hawk's games], but I never felt like it was truly natural. My point is, at 1/5 of this video, the guy falls off the board 'cause he hits a low bridge. I Tony Hawk [or maybe any other skate game] the guy would just slow down a bit and the keep skating.
I own Proving Grounds for the Wii, and I don't like it that much. Maybe it's for the balance board, but this game gives an amazing feel, and the graphics look decent too.

I like the look of it, just, the only skating game I've ever had was Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, I liked it, but I'm not sure if I want another skating game.
