Fragile Gameplay Walkthrough Vid on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

A TV-special in Japan did a short walkthrough some of the key gameplay elements behind Fragile.

Namco Bandai's survival action/horror game follows a chap seeking answers in a world of destruction. He walks about with his ickle Wii-remote controlled torch and some kind of dagger to fend of enemies. The show demonstrates how to use the torch and do battle.

The game looks ok I guess, shame I couldn\'t understand a single word they were saying about it.

As excited as i may be about the concept, the gameplay doesn't seem to be very polished, or the person who was playing was trying it for the first time. i hope it turns out to be easy to control.

They said it was an RPG in the video? I reckon it looked more like a pure adventure game. Anyways it looks really nice, just the animation is a bit too stiff for my liking. How long till this comes out, because they could at least fix up the main character\'s animation. That is a bit distracting from the otherwise beautiful looking game. I especially like the character design, the ghosts look surprisingly original.

It looks aweful. The world doesn't seem alive and the graphics are terrible, worse than early PS2.

And the gameplay.... Smilie How can you fight monsters if you can't even properly move yourself around??

Found it a bit disappointing really! The camera looks a bit off, and turning around seems non-existent, they should really put in some decent targeting or at least a way of reacting quicker.
