Sonic and the Black Knight Site Opens, New Character Revealed?

SEGA have just opened the Official Website for Sonic and the Black Knight, as it rushes towards its March release. However, be warned as the site is very Flash heavy!

The site gives you a quick look at the medeival surroundings of Sonic's latest adventure, accompanied by the instrumental version of the game's theme. If you don't feel like swiping about to find Sonic's well known friends, you can always use the "Quick Nav" button to get right to what you want to know, including the usual info on Story and Characters, as well as unlockable Wallpapers.

Eagle eyed fans have already been able to notice a few references to other SEGA IPs located around the site, including "Alex Kidd Imports", "Golden Axe Fur" and "Shining Force Delivery". And that's not all, the child in you may or may not feel like making your own Sonic and the Black Knight themed Papercrafts, also detailed on the site.

What is worthy of note from this little section is a mysterious figure, the spitting image Silver The Hedgehog, donned in armour and helm like the rest of Sonic's playable buddies. Could this hint to Silver being a secret playable character in the game's Single or Multiplayer Modes? Stick with C3 for more, as Sonic's Celtic Quest gets closer each passing day.
