This week Commodore 64 heads to the virtual console service in the US after clues in last week's update.
3 classics lead the C64 pack, including The Last Ninja and Pitstop 2, each available to download to your teeny white box for 500 Wii points. For a slice of something new there's Hudson's online co-op shooter Onslaught that took Europe by storm last week, available for 1,000 Wii Points.

All these are now available on the service to download.

Nice! I really need to get some Wii Points...

The former top user was Keven!
You'd probably give birth to yourself 1000 times over until you sprout wings to fly away into the fading sun, that or you'd just turn into a lesbian. Who knows @_@ - L, 12/06/09

Good for them, but the pricing remains as lame as ever for these c64 games.
Still no news on the MSX
I'm still waiting to play the original Aleste using a keyboard on Wii.
The only games I want that are on the horizon are Bomberman '94 and Detana Twinbee. It looks like both will be on the way during the next Hanabi Festival.

Marzy ftw.

Atari ST ftw. And yeah, the prices here are insane for digitally-distributed C64 ROMs.( Edited 24.02.2009 22:07 by Martin_ )

I can't see myself downloading any Commodore 64 titles bit Commodore Amiga 500, now there's where Nintendo can rake in the virtual money.

I am firmly planted on the fence on this one... Most of the C64's charm came from hacked ROMs. I can not even imagine those appearing.
