Debut Footage of WiiWare Sumo Game

Earlier this week Tecmo released a sumo wrestling game entitled Tsuppari Oozumou Wii Heya. Debut footage inside.

The game lets you favourite chunky chaps go head to head in a traditional Japanese ring, or paste in you or your friends in Mii form for a little body slamming action. Oddly enough it isn't a game of pushing Wii-remotes against the air, more so a more traditional approach by having it held sideways a-la NES style. There's also a handful of mini games between rounds, including an odd (and maybe a little insulting) food-eating game.

It's out now for 1,000 points on WiiWare.
