Latest Monster Hunter 3 Wii Trailer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Capcom has unleashed the third trailer for its upcoming Wii release 'Monster Hunter 3'. With the Wii port of Monster Hunter G currently impressing in the charts over in Japan right now, selling faster than the original edition on the PlayStation 2 did with nearly 200,000 units sold in three weeks, it looks like the fan-base is warming to the idea of Monster Hunter leaving its Sony roots and moving over to Nintendo for the time being.

With Monster Hunter 3 due in Japan this coming August, there is plenty of time to whip fans into a frenzy and with trailers like the one below Capcom has already started doing just that:

Smiliewow that part with the flat fish looking creature jumping from under the water's sand was amazing. There are so many things about this game that warrant a 1st day purchase, but I'm afraid Capcom is going to muck it up with the Pay to Play online feature from the Monster Hunter G Wii portSmilie

Looks gorgeous. the last monster reminded me of that character on MP:H Spire.

Yeah the part with the dolphin-like animals swimming/jumping in the snow is awesome.
Some of those creatures look great as well. The atmosphere somehow reminds me of Pikmin. Smilie

Wow Capcom, IMHO I believe you've done the best work graphically on the Wii so far. Amazing!
