More RE: Darkside Chronicles Screens on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

More screenshots from Capcom's More latest Resident Evil spin-off for Wii have trickled onto the internet.

Darkside Chronicles surrounds the events of fan-favourite Resident Evil 2 as the poor Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy trundle through the zombie-infested Raccoon City once more.

Thanks to GameFront for these snaps. Check out the game's album below for more.

Looks interesting actually. I wasnt interested in this game before as i am starting to get sick of Resident Evil now as its just becomming tiresome re-releases and spin offs

Looks pretty good so far although I would prefer a brand new RE game for wii not a remake just something that is different.

Visually pretty impressive, defo want to see what Capcom can pull off and have learnt from the first game. Does need better pace/action elements tho imo - it's really hard to get that scary feeling with slow zombies when on-rails.

Yeah their needs to be stuff jumping out from corners, that'd be cool Smilie

The game looks quite lovely, and I liked Umbrella Chronicles despite the incredible difficulty playing single player.

Still, this looks like it'll be alot better.

Visually stunning, shame they didn't use the RE4 style controls for this.. It could be so awesome! I would defo pay full price for a game that used those controls and these visuals!

Had enough of on rails. Since getting my new Sony LCD I just dont know how devs think the wii remote is perfect for on rails.
Since ditching the old crt trying to calibrate it is a hassle. The reticule dissappears around the edges or gets stuck. I had to delete my old file and start again on HOTD because I couldnt recalibrate the reticule and it wouldnt venture past the bottom half of the screen.

it just no where near as accurate as the dreamcast lightgun.

Hay guys forget this lazy crap. Check out HVs new gladiator game on ign. Capcom could learn so much from those guys.
Thinking about it I feel the relations between capcom and nintendo must be weak at best. Very reluctant to do anything substantial. Still no monster hunter on DS that is a tad weird in my opinion. no one would approach the other for mario brawl. like a tiff between two lovers
