iDOLM@STER DS Screens & Trailer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Following on from the confirmation that Bandai Namco's iDOLM@STER would be landing on DS, the first screens and promo video have been released. New information has been revealed, pointing towards the developer making use of the DSi's camera to scan special codes to obtain new items. Gamers will play from the point of view of the three new idols, Akizuki Ryo (Birthday: 15th September, Age: 15, Ritsuko's cousin), Hidaka Ai (Birthday: 25th June, Age: 13, the daughter of a former top idol, her desire to become the top idol is fierce) and Mizutani Eri (Birthday: 7th March, Age: 15, a net idol, she is a former hikikomori with a fragile heart). However, the regular cast from previous entries will appear from time-to-time during the main story. An online mode is being included as well, with between 1 and 16 players getting together, most like for the auditions process, via Wi-Fi.
