Trackmania Wii Details, Debut Footage on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Trackmania will be driving onto the Wii, complete with online and split-screen multiplayer and many of the PC version's features.

Early details reveal that the game will be similar to the PC original, with all bar one environment (Bay) and the comprehensive level editor. There'll also be online features, level sharing and for fellow racing buddies, 4 player offline split-screen. Control wise, the developer aims to have all schemes from Nintendo's Mario Kart, except support for GameCube controllers.

Not to be a downer on the parade, but why not just go get it for free off Steam?

The One you get free of Steam ( i hate steam) is a free version of the game, nations forever, where they is only 1 car for each country, but the paid one is much better Smilie (i dont have the paid one)

Awesome.

Trackmania (the free lite version) is why i did rubish in my A-Levels cos i was so addicted to it.

Using the pointer in the level editor will be great, and the driving is designed for keyboard use so it'll feel fine with any analogue stick or d-pad.
