Nintendo's Wii Fit and Mario Kart have been strong chart toppers in the UK, and are hoping to shatter records with Wii Sports Resort.
The MotionPlus-enabled game will be heavily featured on TV, major newspapers, major gaming websites and a cinema campaign alongside the new Harry Potter flick. Wii Sports Resort is the biggest launch on Wii this year. We are hoping to break the records set by Mario Kart Wii and then Wii Fit, and achieve a No.1 in the All Formats and the Wii charts.... Wii Sports Resort sold over 350,000 copies in its first four days on sale in Japan.
