Sky Crawlers Flying Towards XSEED on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Namco Bandai's, The Sky Crawlers, will be flying outside Japan this holiday season with XSEED due to publish the Wii game in North America.

The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces follows the desire for wars in a world that's turned peaceful - citizens are desperate for war, it seems. The government has started to pursue a new round f wars as sponsored events from private companies with contracted military folk. You play as Lynx, who seeks to work his way up the ranks, becoming involved in a secret projects to make pilots immortal.

I'm extremely pleased to be able to confirm The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces for gamers in North America. The innovative control scheme and gorgeous visuals just go to show what a top-notch development team can do when creating a new game from scratch specifically for Wii.

Jun Iwasaki, President of XSEED Games

I just checked the screenshots. I never paid much attention to this game, but it looks great! I wonder how it plays...
Great it comes to North America, maybe it will jump to Europe...

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

Ace Combat and everything be damned, the sole reason I'm getting this game is because Mamoru Oshii served as special supervisor for production. And that is AWESOME.

Okay this game seems interesting but the the plot is must messed up. we finally achieve world peace and now citizens are hungry for war, wtf.
