Genie Character Scrapped from Tatsunoko on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Classic Tatsunoko character Hakushon Daimaō has been scrapped from the American release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

Siliconera is reporting that the lovable genie from 70s cartoon The Genie Family won't be included. Daimao and his math's mini game will remain Japan-only, however Capcom have said that at additional characters will make the cut - but which ones are currently unknown.

Ha... Ha... Hakushiooooon... Daimaooooo.

Too bad... It was one of my favourite characters in the Japanese version of the game. But well... if it's replaced by another character that's not bad then that's fine by me. I'm not gonna buy the same game twice anyway, i already own one, that's more than enough
