New Blue Dragon Nintendo DS Video

A new video of Bandai Namco's version of Blue Dragon for the DS has been revealed on the official website. So far there has been a traditional turn-based RPG on the Xbox 360 from Mistwalker and the Brownie Brown-developed Real-Time Strategy role-player of Blue Dragon Plus on the Nintendo DS. Now Hideo Baba of Tales fame is helping push Blue Dragon: Ikai no Kyojuu, again for the DS, but this time in an Action RPG format that actually bears more than a passing resemblence to some of the Tales series.

The game is set to hit Japan in October and considering both previous Blue Dragon titles have eventually hit Western shores, it would be surprising if this impressive-looking game did not make it in the long-run.
