Konami Reveals Chilling Silent Hill Wii Box on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Konami has posted the official box art for the upcoming Wii-make of the original Silent Hill.

Shattered Memories is a re-imagining of the original with a similar plot following protagonist Harry Mason as he searches for his lost daughter Cheryl in the mysterious town of Silent Hill.

Never played anything from the Silent Hill series, so may well pick this up if it\'s a remake of the original. And if it gets okay reviews. And if it\'s cheap.

I was always interested in the concept of Silent hill, was going to pick up the compilation they released a while back, but couldn't be arsed in the end. If this is any good then it might be worth while, however i'd rather have a different IP from Konami to be fair. Smilie

The orginal is still amazing and doesn't need a straight remake.

Great box art!

I only played Silent Hill 2 for about 20 min, it was great, thou. I think I will get this one a try, since it's a great approach for a remake: carefully remodel it to meet a modern approach.
