Brownie Brown Producing DS Life RPG on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Brownie Brown has announced plans to work with fellow Japanese studio Level-5 on projects for Nintendo DS. The first, a life sim.

During the annual Level-5 conference, the studio unveiled Fantasy Life, a "slow life RPG" for the DS, where players go about living and virtually breathing in this portable world known as Fantazeal, with a strong focus on everything else but combat. Unfortunately for Fantazeal residents, the first signs of prophesied destruction start to emerge, but they continue to live unaware of the danger to come...

Highly regarded Final Fantasy producer Nobuo Uematsu has been brought on board to compose 21 tracks for the game that'll serve as "ending themes" for the different lives you'll be going through.
