Nintendo Makes History in Kyoto on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

During the Kyoto Cross Media Experience 2009 last weekend Nintendo had a heap of hardware, software and random goodies on display!

The longstanding game/console king donned over 20 years of its history, including NES, SNES and GameCube consoles, games, controllers and its less successful experiments.

These pictures remind me of some great memories:

Game Boy Printer: I loved the idea of printing pictures when using this with the Game Boy Camera. Considering this was before Digital Camera were so cheap, it was a very big deal although I don't remember too many people buying them.

Super Gameboy: You could play your gameboy games on the SNES and some games had a SNES Exclusive version that was only available when you connected it to the Super Gameboy. This was a fanboy's dream come true back in the day.
