Sony Europe's CEO Andrew House touched upon some of the Wii's problem hardware sales compared to the rise in sales of Sony's PS3 console in a recent interview.
"I think at a time when we're seeing one of the major competitors somewhat losing a sense of momentum - at least in many of the markets I've looked at"When asked about which competitors he meant, he returned with: "From data that we're starting to see, in some of the publicly-released figures, we're seeing a significant year-on-year downturn for the Wii."
Whilst it is true that Sony is undoubtedly doing better this year compared to previous years, Can Adam House be believed with previous brash statements that the PS3 will overtake Nintendo’s Wii in the next few years, or will Christmas breathe new life into the Console with new games on the horizon?
