Nintendo's debut for it's unique fighting franchise, Super Smash Bros., may finally do battle on the North American Virtual Console.

Both European and Japanese fans have already had their taste of the much loved classic, but those who haven't had a chance to experience the 64-bit franchise fest in the US have had to wait a long, long time - but the wait seems to becoming to an end!

Software ratings board ERSB has stamped their seal of approval, granting Nintendo an "E for Everyone" for an eventual and must have release in the States.

Are you a fan of Smash Bros? Will/have you downloaded a copy on the Virtual Console?

Finally. I may or may not get this, I have enough fun with Brawl, after all, but it might be worth the couple of bucks to get a few cool nostalgia points out of it. I never owned a copy of this on N64, and I do miss the days when I could play a Zelda-themed level without the match taking a half hour.
If you like fantasy horror fiction, please check out a short story I wrote, called "Hole."

It's completely free to download. If you enjoy it, please also check out a collection called "Dark Things." This one is $.99, but the first two stories are free.

    Online!

Loved the original, would play it but wouldn't buy it (even if I didn't own the original cart). Great for nostalgia purposes, but not so much otherwise!

I'm going to pass on Smash 64 for VC. Got my eyes set on Mega man 10 when it comes for Wiiware.

Mario, Mega Man and Rayman FTW!!!
