Nintendo Ship Camera-Activated Wii/DS Kiosks

In a bid to become more interactive Nintendo has revamped their Wii and DS game kiosks with a camera and Nintendo Channel updates.

Siliconera says that if you whip out a DS or Wii game and flash it infront of the camera it'll start to play a trailer or bring up more details. There's also a touch-screen information booth with a Nintendo Channel-esque system for recommended games and sales data from Media Create.

Due the cost and nature of the systems it seems like they'll only be available in larger retail outlets, with regular Wii and DS booths staying intact in smaller chains.
