High Res Nintendo Handheld Incoming

Satoru Iwata recently confirmed that Nintendo is currently hard at work in producing a next-gen successor to the DS.
With the king of porta-gaming squeezing every drop from the DS in its various new models, it's drawing nearer to the release of a successor. In the same interview with Asahi Shimbun, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata mentioned the new hardware, with Nintendo aiming to output high resolution graphics and incorporate some form of motion sensor.
No release date or other details were mentioned, but at least we know it's in the works!

What do you want from a new Nintendo handheld? Dual/single screens, cameras, full media capability, backwards compatible, a toaster?

Seriously? This is Nintendo, and it's a handheld console. I'd be surprised if it looked as good as the GC.
Also the DS buttons are leet.
It should still be expected. The iPhone isn't that far off the Wii/Xbox. The next handheld should be pushing that boundary, but yeah it probably won't happen. In regards to Darkflame, he's one of those morons who's actually ANTI technology. Fine, don't be a graphics whore but to deny that better technology can mean better games is just something I can't comprehend the stupidity of.

There were also rumours of a PSP2 lately, and for some reason they were led to believe the PSP2 wouldn\'t have graphics as good as the XBOX either.
Rumour or not, I think Sony will be cutting back with their next gen PSP, because they need to save money (they\'ve been losing a lot...
)
And yeah a Wii with the visuals of a PS360 would be better than the Wii as it is now. I\'m sure Darkflame gets that too. (PS. No need to call him a moron >> It seriously doesn\'t help your argument at all)

I want a toaster. A toaster with Tri Screen capabilities and a compartment for jelly and butter!
Really though, they lost me with the DSi. Whats so special about it? I'll stick to the DS lite unless this new system will use different chips which would force me to buy their system in which I wouldn't anyways because I'm broke!

Been messing about with things I'd like to see on a new DS.
Obviously I'd have motion sensing, HD output for playing on TV, graphics should be better than Wii (iphone and PSP aren't that far behind it) and ability to play movies. I know I'm being optimistic, but I can dream.

Looking on Trustedreviews.co.uk Nvidia gave more details on the tegra 2. 4times more powerful without consuming extra juice.
