Square Enix has confirmed that Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 is coming to DS. After the first DS version in the Pokemon-a-like series hit Japan on 28th December, 2006 and managed to sell around 1.5 million units in Japan alone, it seemed logical that a sequel would eventually appear. In fact, Dragon Quest series creator Yuji Hori even stated that a second game would come after the Dragon Quest remakes, two of which have already been released, with Dragon Quest VI due to hit Japan in the coming days.
Now Famitsu magazine has lifted the lid on the sequel, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2, with no firm release date yet.
With this finally being unveiled, could a Wii MotionPlus sequel to Dragon Quest Swords also be on the cards for 2010?

Looking good! I'm playing through the first on DS currently, and it isn't a bad little Pokemon clone.

This game is awesome, and well worth playing. To those of you new to the dragon quest series, this is still worth playing. I personally do not know much a bout dragon quest, but this game is great!
