During EA's Q3 FY10 financial call the publisher confirmed that the once exclusive Wii exercise game is stretching to other consoles.

EA did mention the plans before, but has now officially confirmed the move of its best selling Wii title outside the Nintendo box - presumably Xbox360 and PS3.

We’re taking EA Sports Active, which was wildly successful in the Wii, and bringing that to multiple platforms

Two new games in the series are confirmed - likely to offer enhanced workouts and possibly more/improved peripherals to boot.
