Ha, totally agree! I have massive reservations about her oft-tedious rambling monologues about how she's feeling. Still, it looks fricking gorgeous and is all very well done...if a little slow-paced and cheesy. Still, the game plays like a dream so I can't complain too much.

Trying to think of a witty signature after 'Hacker-gate'...

You can hopefully skip the cutscenes/make a cuppa if they're too long anyway! Good to have some sorta story - this is what you get if Miyamoto ISN'T supervising, a game with decent gameplay AND a story.

Very awesome. I am really liking the voice work for this game.

I cannot wait to play it...but I just got Metroid Prime Trilogy to hold me over until then. I should also probably download and play through Super Metroid...

I like it a lot.

The irony of a high def trailer for a wii game though... Smilie

But why would you want to skip those gorgeous cut scenes? The whole point of the game is dive deeper into Samus' backstory and by skipping the cutscenes, you would miss out on a lot!

@erv: It's not actually high def.

EDIT: What's a "cuppa"?

A cup of tea.

Hmmm I think the monologues are awfully corny. I much prefer the Half-lifesque method of story-telling that they used in the Prime games.

typical. My home country is famous for evil, dizzy making, embarassing alcoholic beverage (okay, for that and for unleashing World War II). Nothing like stylish brown liquid with taste and brow furrowing arrogance.
I am jealous!

I find your lack of faith disturbing!
