New information on Gameloft's re-imagining of platforming classic Earthworm Jim has confirmed a version for DSiWare.
Nintendo Power (via NintendoLife) confirmed that the project will also come to Nintendo's portable download platform after zapping its way onto Apple's iPhone/touch. As well as improved sprites and sound, there'll be a brighter colour pallete and some of the music will feature remixes.
Earthworm Jim DSiWare also includes an easy mode that sees Jim take less damage, go up against slower enemies and even popping a few tips and tricks along the way.The DSi's camera is also used to mix things up - with bonuses earned by mimicking Jim's facial expressions.

didnt care till i read camera, would be nice to have a nicely polished 2d game on a handheld gameing device (a proper one anyway). Now then, someone just buy me a DSi.
