Pilotwings to Hit Virtual Console in Japan Next Month on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Pilotwings is finally flying its way onto Virtual console in Japan. It is set to hit the service this April, following the European and North American appearances for 800 Wii points. The specific date isn't set yet, most likely due to the march line-up being incomplete.

April Virtual Console Line-up for Japan:

  • Darius Twin - SNES
  • Pilotwings - SNES
  • Fatal Fury 3 - Neo Geo
  • Waku Waku 7 - Neo Geo
  • Mr. Do - Arcade

I never got Pilotwings for my SNES. I got the N64 version but got bored of it after a short time, so I don't know if I'll ever buy this or not.

THE game I want to see is Starwing/Starfox. It's one of my favourite SNES games. It looks crude by todays standards, but it's still a great game which has some good music too. I still think it's the best star fox game!
