Super Mario Galaxy 2 Trailer Co-Op & Cloud Suit on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

It's crawling closer to the release of Super Mario Galaxy 2, with less then two months till its release in European territories. If that's not enough to get you excited about the game, then to help get you even more excited, Nintendo have released a fourth trailer for it.

The new trailer shows how the recently talked about Co-Op gameplay elements work, as well as Mario's new Cloud suit. That's not all though, with a surprise ghostly Roslina making an appearance, which seems to be part of the new guide system. This is presumably there to help players, in a similar way to the 'Super Guide' in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Wonderful. Just how Mario should be.

3DS Code 2578-3122-0744

I miss proper Rosalina, would be nice to have sentient Rosalina in a some point instead of superguide robot shadow cosmic Rosalina. Fingers crossed Dx

Cloud Mario looks awesome though.

The slide part reminded me of Super Mario 64, I thought it looked fantastic.

Cloud Suit Mario looks to be great as well and I'm sure it will make some areas challenging.

Smilie nice stuff cant wait for this really looks so good

and LOL at the sonic like gameplay part

Maybe Rosalina's been kidnapped this time?

It's looking good! The levels all look so varied too. Maybe even more so than the first SMG. I'm really looking forward to this more than any other game this year!

I know I say this all the time, but Bowser managing to kidnap an almost godlike character would show that Miyamoto never has and never will have any respect for women.

The moment they make Rosalina a damsel in distress is the moment she loses any truly unique points she ever had.

I'm practically cumming with excitement! Smilie

The former top user was Keven! You'd probably give birth to yourself 1000 times over until you sprout wings to fly away into the fading sun, that or you'd just turn into a lesbian. Who knows @_@ - L, 12/06/09

Kind of cool seeing the flag from NewSuperMarioBros! Cloud mario is looking great.

Also couldn't give a flying f$£@ about Rosalina just give me some kick arse levels to play.

Ooooh looks nice.

Is it just me, but will mario have sonic beat at its own game this time around with the tube/running courses?

lol!

That's disgusting/disturbing...

Trying to think of a witty signature after 'Hacker-gate'...

But everyone gets kidnapped in Marios world. Even Mario!

She'd be like an outcast if she wasn't kidnapped. Smilie
