Nintendo to Make Game with Penguins?

A recently filed trademark over in Japan for "Penguin Life" suggests Nintendo might be dabbling in a little tuxedo love.

Your favourite arctic birds might be hitting the big, or small, screen near you soon with Nintendo registering Penguin Seikatsu, which according to Siliconera translates to "Penguin Life". We might be seeing a group of gangster birds weilding swords, guns and mugging humans, but signs strongly point to a simulator of some sort. Think nintendogs but with penguins instead.
