With Mario delving into multiple sports over the past couple of years, what could be better than four sports in one package? That's right, Mario Sports Mixis set to bring volleyball, basketball, dodgeball and ice hockey to the little white box of tricks.

Once again, the cast of the Mushroom Kingdom will get together to have a good old game of sports Mario Style where the basic rules apply, but others go straight out the window. Players will be able to generate extra points for scoring in the midst of battle by gathering coins as well as taking other players out with shells, bombs, or by letting off a signature move.

Players can expect fast paced multiplayer action with three players cooperatively and four players competitively on a manner of mad and wacky respectively themed levels. Mario Sports Mix is set to hit sometime in 2011.
