Footage from Nintendo's new WiiWare game has slide online, a sliding block puzzler known as Surinuki Anatousu.

The concept, known in the west as Thruspace: High Velocity 3D Puzzle sees players pitted against time, working out which way blocks should be orientated to slot into a series of matching holes whilst blazing through a tunnel. Initially it's a case of casual crusing, but eventually becomes a rather intense game of quickly rotating to get as far as possible.

Thruspace is being developed by Keys Factory and will slot nicely into Japanese Wiis next week at 800 Wii Points.

I can so see this game arriving on the 3DS's equivalent service. It looks like a lot of fun, it may have a basic premise, but then so do all great puzzle games.

I like the clean graphical style and subtle effects. Hope it arrives in the West soon.
