Trailer for Konami's Professor Layton-inspired Adventure

Trailer for Konami

Earlier this week Konami revealed new footage from its Professor Layton-inspired adventure puzzler for DS, Zac and Ombra.

Titled The Amusement Park of Illusion, the game has strong similarities to Nintendo/Level-5's Professor Layton series, but instead you take on the role of a magician known as Zac. Minigames replace the general puzzles, but the game shares a similar animated cutscenes and exploration approach.

That said most of the inspiration seems to be cosmetic, with the meat of the game - the minigames - receiving a solid reception from those who played the demo at TGS.
