Spanish developers DreamBox Games have launched their debut title in Europe, choosing WiiWare as the home for platformer Robox. While attempting to discover what happened to several exploratory probes, the little robot that you control crash lands on a strange planet, losing all his abilities in the process. Not only that, but he's become inhabited by a number of small creatures. It's up to you, and your new body-mates, to discover the truth about the mission at hand.
Players hold the Wii Remote horizontally in Robox, though DreamBox is keen to point out that the game still uses the Wii's unique features. For example, you can use the pointer to explore the innards of the robot with a residing creature. Robox is designed to appeal to those who want to charge through the game in a straightforward manner, but it also rewards exploration of the planet with plenty of secrets and new animals to uncover!
Robox is on sale on WiiWare in Europe right now, priced at 1,000 Nintendo Points.
