High Voltage has expressed a desire to continue its sci-fi first person Wii shooter, The Conduit, with a possible third entry.

According to QJ, the team has expressed an interest in making another installment providing sales for the upcoming second game goes well, and if there is a enough interest from fans.

"We have a title that we've been working on for quite a while called The Grinder, and we'd like to get to work on a Conduit 3. If the game does well and if fans want to see more, we'll make more."

So they've forgotten about Carnival Animales?

And let's see how good The Conduit 2 is, because the first one was terrible.

It wasn't terrible, it was amazing (for the wii) but compared to all other shooters it was mediocre. Not even close to terrible though.

Compared to 95% of third party offerings on Wii at the time, it was a godsend. However, it was let down by a poor generic look and an online mode that became flooded with hackers.

Still, me and my brother (who's normally into 360 shooters) got over 40 hours out the game between us.

But yeah, as edracon said, still far from terrible. Most people haven't even played it.

Wow, that's awesome. I liked The Conduit. it was a great addition to the Wii's library.

I thought the Conduit was terrible and had few redeeming features. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they've learned from their mistakes.

conduit was definitely underappreciated...OVER hated.

quantam of solace was terrible if anything.

i hope Conduit 2 sells more than the first, otherwise...we can forget 3 and most likely, these punks are going to spit it out on the X360/PS3 consoles.

so much for Wii games giving reason to own a Wii, otherwise just wait for it to be re-released on the other consoles....i soo hate that at times.

Maybe the better parts came after the first 2 hours. I never got to play that: the game's low framerate made me so sick I almost puked after 30 minutes.

What I saw in the first levels was some good graphics, boring levels, stupid enemies, annoying combat and a story that could have been interesting. If the game hadn't made me too sick to play.

I wasn't comparing it to 360 shooters since I don't have those. I did compare them to Golden Eye, Perfect Dark, Half Life and some others. Why waste time on The Conduit just because it's a Wii exclusive?

well damn, your fans are definitely gonna want a third one. i was impressed with the first one. it was honestly pretty bad, but it was your first step into making wii shooters as far as a i know. a great first step. if you want the sales on the second one though, then start advertizing! also, cant wait for the grinder.

good luck! i hope you know that the wii community is with you guys
