Just Dance 2 Wii Launch Trailer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Ubisoft is gearing up to launch the eagerly awaited Just Dance 2 in Europe and has released a special promotional trailer to help build up even more hype.  Set to hit retail at 15th October, 2010 across Europe, this sequel to the mega hit original promises to improve the experience in every possible, with more songs and plenty of crazy new dance moves for players to try out in the comfort of their own homes, with up to three friends able to join in the antics.

The dance phenomenon of the decade is back, as the best party game on the Wii prepares to show off its new moves. The game offers the same easy to play excitement as before, but now with much more accurate tracking of your body. That makes it even easier to judge your performance and give tips on where you might be going wrong.  The basics are the same as ever though: just hold the Wii remote and nunchuck and try and copy the moves shown on screen. Each song has its own special routine and you can sing along as well if you want, with the onscreen lyrics.

You don't have to just dance on your own though - the whole point is having fun with friends and that's easier than ever with new duet, co-op and competitive game modes. It doesn't matter how good or bad you think you are, Just Dance is fun for everyone.

Will you be buying into the Just Dance craze on 15th October, 2010?

one correction i noticed. You don't need a nunchuck to play. Just like the first one, you only need a wiimote.

The quoted details are from Ubisoft, I believe. Perhaps it's trying to get people into the true spirit of dancing with two controllers. You don't want it feeling almost like a Kinect game, do you? Smilie
