New Footage for Conduit 2 on Wii on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

A new trailer for Conduit 2 has surfaced showing some interesting features about the game. It includes gameplay with new "Incredible Weapons", and "Expansive Environments". The trailer also emphasises the split-screen, online multiplayer, big boss battles and a meatier arsenal.

The second of the studio's sci-fi outings sees Agent Ford once again trying to outwit his foes and take out new alien beats with an array of new and old weapons. We also have a look at the new multiplayer features, including two and four player split-screen over vastly more expansive locations.

Conduit 2 is set to land on planet Wii from February 2011, published by SEGA.

What do you think of this new footage? Do you think the new features will improve the game from its predecessor?

This just made me actually interested in the game. Now all I want to know is which online base will be the best - this, call of duty, or goldeneye.

oh yeah Smilie

To be fair to them, it does actually look better.

It still doesn't interest me though.

It looks like the official title is now "Conduit 2" (or even "Conduit2"), without 'The'.

Framerate looks pretty bad, but other than that it sort of hit me like a cross between Halo 2 and Black.

Looks real good...and it really looks like they are cleeaning up the over all look--and the environments(which they advertised as expansive) actually look that way...my initial look at the environments a while back seemed bland and typical...now they actually look pretty interesting. Will def pick this up before I pick up anything published by Activision.

One word.....wi....cked......... Smilie

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

I get the Halo comparisons, but the two are only similar on the surface. The first game was far more akin to F.E.A.R. than Halo. But it was nice to see Bungie look to some of the features of The Conduit when developing Reach.

Also, they dropped "the" from Conduit 2 way back at E3.
