Bit.Trip Fate Gets Dated in the US

The talented people at Gaijin Games have developed a number of games in their highly acclaimed Bit.Trip series and now it's come to their penultimate game in the series, Bit.Trip Fate.

Aksys Games, publishers of the Bit.Trip series have announced the North American release date for Bit.Trip Fate and it will launch on October 25th 2010. The game will only available on Nintendo's WiiWare service.

Expect more rhythmic gameplay, only this time, you'll be playing an on-rails side scrolling shoot 'em up. Players control CommanderVideo with the Nunchuck accessory, whilst the Wii Remote is pointed at the screen to aim and shoot anywhere on screen. Super Meat Boy and Mr. Robotube also make appearances, as well and a chiptune-inspired dubstep soundtrack helps bring the action to a new level.

No pricing details for the title have been confirmed, so far.
